Extremely Bright, Service-Oriented

They are extremely bright, service-oriented guys who know how to work with people (like me!) who are not tech-savvy.  I basically explain in layman’s language what I am trying to accomplish or what I need, and they make it happen.  -Richard J. Wall, Jr.
